After you log a couple of periods, Cadence averages your recent cycle length and predicts your next start date. The more periods you log, the more accurate the prediction.
Cycle length varies. Cadence uses the average of your recent cycles. If your cycle is irregular, predictions can be off by a few days. Logging more periods improves accuracy over time.
Open Settings → Partner → Share code. Send the 6-digit code to your partner. They tap "I have a code" on the welcome screen and enter it. The partner then sees your countdown and gets opt-in reminders.
Open Settings → Apple Health → toggle "Sync menstrual cycle." Grant read and write permission when iOS prompts. Cadence reads and writes the Menstrual Cycle category. You can also manually import or export at any time from the same screen.
Open Settings → Partner → tap "Disconnect" next to the linked partner. They will no longer see your data.
Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers and unlinks any partner connections.
